PONY DOWN STAGE 2 SINGLE TURBO "TUNER" KIT 79-93 (carbed or fuel injected)

This Pony Down Stage 2 single turbo "tuner" kit is a passenger side turbo mounted kit and will be a blow through maf design unless other wise ordered. With the turbo being located on the passenger side you will be able to retain the a/c and p/s. But the smog pump and plumbing will be removed.

The picture with the kit piping and components does not show the turbo, intercooler, and our small box with this and that in it. It also shows the optional tial 44mm wastegate, y-pipe, and not the 38mm wastegate that comes standard with this kit!!!!!!!!

The horsepower rating of this kit is from 350hp to 750hp. The header primary's are 1 5/8" made from 16g mild steel with a 2 1/12" crossover with a flex joint rite in the middle of the crossover for piping expansion and contraction and has v bands for installation. The down pipe is 3" in diameter for nice flow and little backpressure and features mandrel bends and dual 02 sensor bungs. The whole cold side is 3" and also features mandrel bends, silicone connections, & a stage 2 intercooler. Those are just a brief summary of this new kit. This Pony Down stage 2 kit is designed for 87-93 mustangs but it can also be used in a fox body vehicle. For 79-84 carbed mustangs alls we have to do is change the cold side pipe a little so this is a great kit for all the years.

Turbo - Master Power t70 with a .68 or .96 exhaust housing (rated to 850hp)
Headers - 1 5/8" primary tubular headers using 16 gauge mild steel with 1/2" header & t4 turbo inlet flanges.
Crossover - 2 1/2" with v bands and flex joint made from 16 gauge mild steel.
Down pipe - 3" with a single 3" v-band to turbo made from 16g mild steel, dual 02 sensor bungs
Wastegate - Tial 38mm
Cold Side Piping - 3" made from 16 gauge mild steel with all silicone and hose clamps
Silicone - all silicone couplers and hose clamps included
Blow off Valve - Tial 50mm
Intercooler - Pony Down Stage 2 - air to air (3" in / 3" out) with mounting brackets and hardware
Oil Feed - aeroquip -4 steel braided feed line with aeroquip fittings
Oil Drain - aeroquip drain hose with turbo drain flange, barbed fittings, & hose clamps
Hose - 10ft ofl vacuum hose
Filter - 4" k&n
Pipe Coating - Silver or Flat Black (high temp coating)
Other - all the papers & info to install your kit
