This is our tried and true Pony Down stage 2 twin turbo (79-93) kit. We have made some changes for the 2006 year. The twin turbo system is same design as before but now features twin tial 38mm wastegates and a tial 50mm blow off valve. The kit will be a blow through maf design as before also. This kit will still require the ford a/c elimination kit and removal of the smog pump & plumbing. The horsepower rating of this kit is 400hp - 750hp. The header primary's are 1 5/8" made from 16g mild steel with a 2 1/4" y-pipe coming from each turbo. The down pipes are 2 1/2" in diameter for nice flow and features mandrel bends and has one 02 sensor bung in each down pipe. The whole cold side is 3" and also features mandrel bends, silicone connections, & a stage 2 intercooler. Those are just a brief summary of this new kit.

Turbo's - T3/TO4E Turb. Housing A/R .63. Comp. Housing A/R .50. with a one year warranty
Headers - 1 5/8" primary tubular headers using 16 gauge mild steel with 1/2" flanges & t3 turbo inlet flanges.
Down pipe - 2 1/2" made from 16g mild steel with one 02 sensor bung on each dp, 5 bolt wastegate flange
Wastegates - 2x Tial 38mm
Cold Side Piping - 2 1/4" & 3" made from 16 gauge mild steel with all silicone and hose clamps
Blow off Valve - Tial 50mm
Intercooler - pd s2 air to air (3" in / 3" out) with mounting brackets and hardware
Oil supply - 1/4 brass feed with three ports. Two for the turbo, & one extra port
Oil Feed - aeroquip -an3 steel braided feed line with aeroquip fittings
Oil Drain - silicone drain hoses with turbo drain flange, barbed fittings, hose clamps, & oil pan tap
Hose - all vacuum hose and "t"s required for bov and wastegates
Other - all the papers & info to install your kit
