Our newest "b series" products to the pony down line is out. The turbo system is a passenger side turbo mounted system with the turbo sitting from left to right with the turbo inlet facing to the fender. This kit will be a blow through maf design. You will be able to retain the a/c and p/s. But the smog pump and plumbing will be removed. The horsepower rating of this kit is 700hp. The header primary's are 1 5/8" made from 16g mild steel with a 2 1/12" crossover with a flex joint rite in the middle of the crossover for piping expansion and contraction. The down pipe is 3" in diameter for nice flow and little backpressure and features mandrel bends and dual 02 sensor bungs. The whole cold side is 3" and also features mandrel bends, silicone connections, & a stage 2 intercooler. Those are just a brief summary of this new kit. More details info can be found below.

86-93 "b-series" Single Turbo Kit (Tuner)

Turbo - Master Power t70 with a .68 exhaust housing (rated to 850hp with upgraded housings)
Headers - 1 5/8" primary tubular headers using 16 gauge mild steel with 1/2" header & t4 turbo inlet flanges. Crossover - 2 1/2" with v-bands and a flex joint made from 16 gauge mild steel.
Down Pipe - 3" with a single 3" v-band to turbo made from 16g mild steel, dual 02 sensor bungs
Wastegate - Tial 38mm
Cold Side Piping - 3" made from 16 gauge mild steel with all silicone and hose clamps
Blow off Valve - Tial 50mm
Intercooler - Pony Down Stage 2 - air to air (3" in / 3" out) with mounting brackets and hardware
Oil feed/drain kit - 1/4 brass feed with two ports. One for the turbo, one for a gauge, aeroquip -an4 steel braided feed line with aeroquip fittings, silicone drain hose with turbo drain flange, barbed fittings, hose clamps, & oil pan tap
Hose - all vacuum hose and "t"'s required for bov and waste gate
